The House

Prestige, with proof.

Properly Estates is a licensed brokerage built for the international buyer of Vietnamese property — pairing the discretion of a private house with the evidence of a research desk.

Vietnam has become one of Asia’s most compelling places to own — and one of its most opaque to buy into from abroad.

Foreign buyers account for a small share of all transactions but a large share of the luxury market, and they consistently face the same three questions: can I legally own this, am I paying the right price, and will someone answer me in my language? Too often the answers arrive too late — at reservation, when a building’s foreign quota turns out to be full.

We built Properly Estates to remove that risk before it reaches you. Every residence we present is quota-checked against the developer’s register. Every valuation rests on our own Prime Index. And every client is represented by an advisor in English, 한국어 or 日本語 — on their hours, through the channels they already use. It is the standard international buyers have been missing, and it extends our verified-rentals house into ownership.

What we hold to

01

Proof over promise

We show the register, the index, and the paperwork. Nothing we say about a residence is unverified.

02

Your language, your hours

Representation in English, Korean and Japanese — because most of our clients buy before they ever visit.

03

Guidance, not pressure

We connect you with independent counsel before any reservation. The decision is always yours.
